I became a licensed psychotherapist in 2014, yet my learning has never stopped. In addition to continuous training, reading, and personal work, every day, I reflect on how I am, who my patients are, and how I can do better to help them become who they are.

Book a consultation. We’ll speak briefly to determine whether we want to move forward.
If we do, we’ll schedule a time to meet. In the meantime, my office will send you paperwork to gather basic info about you, payment method, etc., and you’ll receive detailed info about how we work together.
You’ll go over the paperwork before our first session and email me about any questions.
We’ll see each other at our scheduled time via the video link sent to you.
